I accidentally ordered pickup on Grubhub instead of delivery, and when I called, this location was extremely prompt and friendly and offered me a refund even though the order was through a third party. Robeks Springfield you will always be famous!!!!!!

Updated Review: I really appreciate the recent improvement—lately, the smoothies have been spot-on, and I can tell they’re following the measurements posted on the wall. Thank you for the consistency! That said, I’ve noticed in the past that the quality of my smoothie varied depending on who was preparing it. When the manager is present, everything tastes great. It's good. But my gosh. You can almost get two chipotle meals for one peanut butter chocolate smoothie. Unfortunately for them South Bend is opening across the street and have about 70% discount from the price of Robeks smoothies. Then their app deals are bad. Thanks for the $5 dollars off after spending close to $100 on 4 smoothies.... I don't go here anymore. Decided to buy a ninja blender and shop at trader joes for ingredients. Was easy to order on the app. The staff are friendly, my order was made promptly and was accurate. The smoothies are always delicious. Really enjoy the polar pineapple but the winter wondermint is good as well.
