The customer service I received here was so disappointing. Would never spend my money here again. I bought two large p nut powers. I paid for them they start making them, and I notice the protein content on that shake is not as high as the one that is called the 800 pound gorilla. While she is still the shakes i ask if she could add the same protein content as the 800 pound gorilla shake that I would pay the difference. Delicious Smoothie!
Smoothies are a hit or miss. There is no consistency. They can be good one day and made different and be “OK” the next time. The self order kiosk is awful. It’s glitchy, slow and there have been times where the order doesn’t even reach the workers to make it. The staff are the real problem here. They don’t welcome you, no manners, and truthfully very dull. Cannot say I would recommend this particular location.
