First of all I love their products. Have never had anything I didn’t throughly enjoy. The staff is also always friendly. The issue here is that there is normally only one person at the counter. To have four people in front of you is to wait 15 minutes for a drink. Nope. I have walked out twice because of this. It will likely alter my decision to go here in the future.
Hi. I have been to Robeks a few times. The service wasn’t the happiest I’ll say. That turned right around!!! VALERIE is the most smiley adorable girl!! I didn’t know what to get and she asked what I felt like and what I needed. She came up with THE best shake I’ve ever had there!!! She’s a delight and I will continue to come back because of her!!! I adore you Valerie!! Thank you. I hope somehow you see this! 💫🫶🏼
