Customer didn’t exist when I went on Monday my drink sat on the counter for few minutes until i decided to ask was it for me and the staff still didn’t the guy made the drink and sat it counter and walked away
This location I have never been there less than 10 minutes for an order. No sense of urgency. They need the workers from the Westside, extremely efficient. Can't do warrensville again.
Only complaint I have is the small sauce containers they put their ginger shots in. Its not the best choice for any liquid. When opened it spills everywhere. I don’t understand why wouldn’t they have it in a small cup easy to drink out of. I can’t imagine this is how all Robeks serve their ginger shots.
