When I tell you, that girl named Lenise made me a BOMB Polar Pineapple!!! I have been telling all my friends to come here because this is THE spot. Can't wait to come back!
Very poor experience. Order was over 15 minutes late and burned beyond being edible. Employees clearly don't care how they are destroying the brand.
Usually have a good experience and drinks are good. This particular time not the best. The girl who took my order was nice and possibly new so my drink was nasty I was offered to switch drink or refund so I just bought another drink instead the guy who came from the back with green eyes possibly the manager was rude..
Hi I just went into Harvard Robeks, I had an employee who was there very rude a young lady with a wig on but her Afro wig so big no net nothing it just didn’t make sense. But upon coming in she took my order this was about 910 am I even left work to go grab a smoothie because I’ll was fasting for surgery I couldn’t eat solids. So upon arriving she took my order I had a Robeks coupon if 2$ they give u two coupons upon signing up to the club and I did. I was using my second one at this time .
