Called the Alexandria Store 3 times no answer. Final call answered, spoke to a young lady and explained to her I ordered a smoothie at the wrong location and asked for a refund and she explained confusingly to me why I was not able to be refunded. Money isn’t earned easily, I live day to day. Great smoothies but the franchise is money hungry. I was not able to get a refund and I had to pay again at the Annapolis location. Very disappointing. Amazing customer service, always consistent.
The smoothies made were great and have no complaints. We wanted a cheaper option for smoothies due to us being sleepy and this was on the way. Highly recommend!
