I went to this location and I ordered two smoothies and paid for them. I waited for an extended period of time. People came in ordered picked up their smoothies and then walked out. Finally I ran out of time and I asked if they were ready yet. They had not even started mine. I had to leave and didn’t even get my Items that I paid for. This place is an embarrassment. I tried to order smoothies for my whole family and I but the girl who was working was BEYOND rude and ignored me like I wasn’t even there. The guy in front of me was ignored too and he just left because she was so negligent and doesn’t seem to care about her job or providing a service for the customer. In the past I’ve seen her there too and she always has attitude with people for literally no reason. Everyone else there is warm and kind but Emani is the reason I won’t be going there on saturdays (my only day off to come in)... read more
