I thought Robco was a good roofing company. I have told my friends to call Robco and they would do a good job at a good price. We had a leaking roof issue at Church I attend. And they were about to get a guy in the neighborhood to replace shingles. I requested let's get Robco so we did. I'm so sorry for telling my friends and family they need a roof replaced call Robco. This is my second issue with this company since my house was built in 2018. Yes less than 2 yrs. Their warranty is no warranty at all for a major roofing company. 1 yr workmanship. I get better warranty coverage from on my oil change. Now we have a leak on the porch from the shooty roof job and they want $300 to come take a look. The builder left us high and dry on this too. Never buy a house from Caviness and Cates and make sure this jacklegg roofing company is not installing your roof.
