Visiting the Palm Springs area only to have the Widex receiver for my right hearing aid dangling and about to fall off. Called 5 different hearing aid businesses with zero luck of a potential repair. The last business told me to phone Robby Young’s Hearing Aid Center. I phoned right away and headed that way. Found out my Widex hearing aids were 7 years old and not performing at 100%. I went to see Robbie 5 years ago after I was dissatisfied with another audiologist at Eisenhower Hospital. I was immediately impressed by the comfortable, family-like atmosphere and even more impressed by the most all-encompassing hearing test I have ever had, Robbie is supremely patient, knowledgeable and thorough, I now have the new Audicon tiny hearing aids and they are a huge improvement over the Widex I have been using for 5 years. I went to Robby Young’s hearing aid center to get my old pair of hearing aids serviced. Talley was the person I talked to. Long story short. I just got fitted Wednesday 2-18-26 for the new Opticon Zeals. Robby gave me a hearing test and adjusted the new ones. Hearing is fantastic. Sounds are very natural. Robby and Talley are two of the nicest people I have met and really make sure that you are satisfied. I would recommend Robby Young’s Hearing Aid Center to everyone.
I have been going to Rob for my hearing aids since I began wearing them 14 years ago. My Mom and Dad saw him for their hearing aid needs for many years before that! I just received my new Oticon aids 2 days ago and love them! They are the utmost in the newest technology and are proving their worth! Rob is like a family member to me….his warm and caring nature and willingness to spend extra time are what makes him stand out from others.
