I have lived at this apartment complex for several years now and I am very happy. These have to be easily some of the lowest cost apartments I have found, However, low cost certainly does not mean cheap or low quality. The apartments are clean and free of odors as the landlords are very strict about smoking in apartments. Some of the apartments are beginning to show their age, but they appear to be systematically updating them one at a time. The management consists of an older couple. They are very rude especially to younger tenants. They are not very helpful. Washing and drying machines are of very low quality. Tenants are not allowed to do laundry after 9 pm. No grills allowed on porches. The worst part really is the management. They are super rude.
