Dr. Robbins took his time to explain everything to me during my consult .. office staff is very nice and Jean does awesome work .
Office staff confirmed that they accept my insurance (BCBS), and had me schedule an appointment months out. After the appointment they told me that they are unwilling to file with my insurance despite being contractually obligated to. This experience has left me feeling hurt for having wasted months for this useless appointment and for having given consent to Dr. Robbins to examine and touch my body under false pretenses.
I love Robbins and all of his staff. They truly care for their clients and go above and beyond for their clients.
I cannot speak for elective cosmetic procedures as it is obvious he receives extraordinary accolades. However reconstruction post mastectomy for cancer doesn’t appear his forte
