Went to adjust my mirror and this happened. Just wanna say thank you nissan for putting everything back together. Thank you for diagnosing the problem after damn near a month and spent a total of almost 400 bucks because yall need more time to find the problem. Thanks for the updates on the vehicle every3, 4 days when i called to check up on it. My 1st and probably my last nissan. Never had this AC problem with any others nor this early on a 2021 vehicle. Hope nobody else has to go through what i went through.
Horrid service. Manager is literally a small child. Found an open condom wrapper in our cup holder. Both my wife and I dropped the car off and made sure all important items were out just in case. found her cup moved that she left in the car as we got in the car. She lifted up and stuck to the bottom was a condom wrapper. Asked the manager about it and he was quick to get super offensive. Which leads me to believe he knew who did it or trying to cover for it. 5 months+ waiting for a refund of the deposit taken by Mr. Tyler Miller. Instead, I’ve got lies & excuses... “it’s being processed upstairs,”... “come pick up late Monday,” and several other meaningless reassurances. It’s hard to tell if his dishonesty comes from malice, laziness, or sheer incompetence, but the result is the same: wasted time, BS, and zero accountability.
