“I’m warning anybody thinking about using Robert Nissan in Humble. I brought my car in ONLY for a recall and an oil change. They told me it would be about $101. Instead, they went ahead and did almost $1,000 of work on my car WITHOUT my permission. I declined the extra work online, I never signed any agreement, and the car is ONLY in my name. Rare level of customer service! I’m writing this review before I’ve even walked through the door for my appointment, which says everything you need to know about this team. I had a battery replaced here back in 2024, and with the 24-month warranty nearly up, I started having trouble. I saw a car that I wanted for my daughter online. I traveled to the dealership to take a look at it. When I arrived I was greeted by Ernesto, who was really cordial. I explained to him the car that I was looking at and he found it on the lot. We test drove the car and decided to talk price. Ernesto was accommodating to the ballpark with which I needed to be in.
