I do not recommend this office what so ever, completely unprofessional, uneducated and unable to carry out simple tasks. Their response to learning that they sent this email to a client by accident was “she was overwhelmed due to having multiple clients that she was unable to successfully help”. This was after them being unable to swap ownership of a property after the death of a family member that began in October 2025. Do not take your business to this office
My wife and I met with Partner William Pate of Robbins May and Rich Law Firm. Upon arriving, everyone was very pleasant as we waited for our scheduled appt. We then met with Mr. Pate who was also pleasant, easy to talk to and understanding of our desire to create a Trust or Will. He gave us good advice, collected all our relevant paperwork to get started and said he wd get in contact with us if he had any further questions. We met with him on July 22, 2025.
