Scott did a wonderful job when he came to work on our office doors. He not only completed the work that was requested but also showed us the reasons why the door had not been latching/working correctly in the past that other technicians had not. He was personable and friendly and gave us a great tip for how to better use the locks on our doors (pushing in instead of turning which made the door easier to unlock) as well as recommendations for increased security to our office suite.
