Best Experience We have used this company's services three times. In the past couple of years, we've used Robbins to fix our air units and furnace at our business and our home. The service has been consistently excellent. No BS. We've had bad experiences with other repair services. Robbins has been professional, honest, and actually fixed our problems cheaper than expected. I definitely recommend calling them first.

Snarky Phone Rep We have a brand new Trane system placed in a new home. They have been out to the house 3 times since completion since they can't seem to find a way to make the thermoststats work. Yesterday for 1st time I turned on the AC, and it doesn't cool. A call to the office today resulted in further disgust. The phone rep was rude, and just said we'd have someone out there when we can, most likely 3 days from now.

Robbins Heating and Air I have used Robbins Heating and Air Conditioning for over twenty years to service my heater and air conditioner. They are honest, dependable, and do good work. I had to call them one very cold weekend when my heat stopped working, and they were prompt in arriving, and very nice. They do not try to do unnecessary work, and let you know what needs to be done and what the price is before starting the work.
