I have never had bad service here. I have bought 4 cars since 2002 and had all of them plus a couple of other serviced there. Their service is top notch! Very honest about telling me what I need and what I don't need. I think some of the people reviewing are too hard to please. I have found if you ask them to wash it, they will wash it if they have time. Maybe a customer should go in with reasonable expectations and you will find things work out a lot better for you!
I just traded in my truck for a jeep Cherokee trail hawk and couldn't be happier. I showed up on the lot and found every vehicle was accessible, there was no salesman breathing down my neck, asking questions to make a sale.
