Did an efficient job removing our old A/C system.
I wasn’t sure we needed preventive maintenance visits but the tech explained how he checked each piece and found a small problem with the thermostat wire that he fixed in less than an hour. Now the system seems to be performing better than last year.
Installation took just over an hour which seemed about right for a simple thermostat swap. It has been running perfectly since then, so everything was configured appropriately.
I was apprehensive about possible disturbance during the installation of the ventilated ceiling but they did the job quickly and smoothly with no affect on our every day routine. The technicians were very particular about getting the alignment and sealing right, which took most of the day but left me confident in the quality of their job.
Our ductless mini-split system was struggling to maintain consistent temperatures, and the technician identified a refrigerant leak that had likely gone unnoticed for some time. After replacing a faulty valve and recharging the system, it has been running smoothly since he wrapped up in about two hours.
