Everything with the initial purchase was fine, then my vehicle threw a rod and they're doing everything they can to fight me with repairing the vehicle causing me to take them to court most likely in the near future.

I should have listened to all the other reviews. GO anywhere else except here. If you are management of this place, your people are out of control and do whatever they want and it is effecting your business. I found the truck I wanted online, called and negotiated with the sales guy and we agreed on price. I was paying cash for a 2016 Ram 3500. I really want to give this company a (-5). The service department manager (Tim Henderson) is the worst!!!!!!! I bought a brand new car there last year. My check engine light has come on 4x in 6 months. The last 2x after the repairs were made, I still had to bring the car back to that shop because they did not secure parts on the car which has caused more damage to other parts on the car. The Service department is unprofessional and it seems that they hire incompetent workers. I bought a brand new car from there. It has been less than a year and when the check engine light came on, I made an appointment but it took them 3 days b4 they even looked at the car. Once a diagnosis was given, they so called repaired it in 1 day. A week later my car was back at the shop because they did not properly secure my under pan. AVOID THE PLACE AT ALL COST! My experience at this dealership was extremely horrible. The service shop damaged my window while getting an oil change and the service manager BEVAN DOYLE was so rude and nasty that it really disheartened me. Do yourself a favor, do some research before that purchase, service, or parts from this store. Look at the crew that is here. There are a few people there that have been there for a year or more. The majority of staff is new due to bad service, poor customer service, and just plain bad managment. Short of a friend or a family member that works here you can do better at any other dealership. You have been warned.

We bought a chrysler town and country from salesman, Chris. He and the staff were VERY patient with our crazy kids! My husband noticed a couple things i had missed as we were driving home, and after only a couple hundred miles, it already needed an oil change. Chris had called after two weeks to make sure we are happy with the vehicle. I have never had bad serivce here. I have bought 4 cars since 2002 and had all of them plus a couple of other serviced there. Their service is top notch! Very honest about telling me what I need and what I dont need. I think some of the people reviewing are too hard to please. I have found if you ask them to wash it, they will wash it if they have time. Maybe a customer should go in with reasonable expectations and you will find things work out a lot better for you!
