Absolutely awful experience. They advertised a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT - Stock #J59316A - I spoke with a sales person to confirm the vehicle was still available and would be ready for my mechanic to inspect it. The salesperson confirmed availability. I traveled to the dealership and after a 20 minute wait - the salesperson brought the "wrong" car to the front. If i could rate negative 5 stars, i would! This is the WORST dealership I have ever been to. Me and my sister came here to find her a Jeep that she loved. But the salesman Chris claimed that they charge $1,600 in dealership fees, that have nothing to do witg the tax fees, dmv fees, or doc fees! Then he went on to say that we have to pay NY sales tax of 8.625%, even though our car will be registered in FL which is 6%, that is 100% false, they were trying to commit TAX FRAUD! BAIT AND SWITCH!! I found a car that I fell in love with online. I requested an appointment for a road test and to purchase the vehicle. When my husband and I get there we look around for the car that I saw online, I walk up to a customer service rep (yes I had to hunt him down) and request the gentle man Chris that I had been speaking too. PROFESSIONALISM AT ITS BEST !!!! Friendly, prompt service..Steve and the other service writers always addressed my questions and resolved all problems with my vehicle...Also purchased tires at DOB which i never figured I would do but after doing some research I found out that I saved a great amount of $$$ here...ALWAYS LEAVE DOB WITH A FEELING THAT MY VEHICLE IS IN GOOD HANDS !!!
The staff at Dodge of Burnsville are probably the best I've ever worked with. I bought a Ram 1500 from them a couple years ago and have been thoroughly impressed with their Sales and Service departments. Like any vehicle there are going to be an occasional gremlin that needs attention. I had an issue during the Holidays, which couldn't have been worse timing.
