Dr. Robbins attempted to use nitrous oxide on my child without my permission. I'd like to add my child was well behaved and didn't need it. About to perform a root canal on a deciduous tooth that was soon to come out on its own. Behaved very unprofessionally toward me in the lobby of his office where other patients were. I had been a dental assistant for ten years before this incident. I decided never to return to his office again.

Love this dentist for my kids. Sure, the office is older, not state of the art, but they truly care about the patients. My kids do not want to go anywhere else for their teeth. I have a hard time believing the awful review below was for dr robbins-maybe they were confused with another office. I have been going here for about 7 years, never seen or heard anyone being anything but nice to kids, even whiny ones:)

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My children were scared and uncomfortable the entire time. Do NOT go here Worst Dentist I have ever met. He never introduced himself to my children when they had their fillings done and when they cried the entire time he told us we (the parents) are at fault. The staff treated us as if we were awful people when we were there. No one bothered to explain anything to the children so it was left to us while they were poking and prodding. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? No Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth.
