I was shopping around for pricing locally to fix my Grandmothers furnace. I ran prices for Advanced heating and cooling, Sunset Air and I called Robins air. Because I work at another local HVAC company, the office lady, Malorie, was rude told me to not call and ask for pricing and hung up the phone on me. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone due to obviously inept office person and bad customer service. Robbins Air installed our Second Heat pump last year . They have been servicing our previous heat pump and furnace for over 10 years. Best company ever . Dominick is a great maintenance/service person, always friendly and very thorough with his maintenance and has been the one to service our furnace and heat pump for over 10 years. A great company and they get the job done .

Every year they perform the maintenance on our unit and their staff are always profession, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant.
