Refused to accommodate, apologize or show any compassion for my DOCUMENTED disability. Would not see me because of said disability despite scheduling a telehealth appointment and sending me an email the day prior instructing me to NOT come into the office. The nurse was incredibly rude pointing fingers saying it was my fault when I had a link from 12 hours before for my telehealth visit. Very unprofessional. Doctor said since I was able to do something 2 years ago, I should be able to do it now----that's NOT how PTSD works! ... read more
