They seem very nice on the phone and our general incounter was ok up until they found that I needed back breaks although I brought my own parts to have installed which is very hard to find these days but anyways they way over tightened my lugs on my audi to 175psi!!!!! Luckily it didn't do any damage to it but would definitely recommend looking else where to have work done.
