Took my car in this morning to get some minor work done on the bumper. What should have been a simple, straightforward discussion with the lady at the front desk turned into a major hassle. I don't typically write reviews but this was honestly the rudest treatment I have ever received as a paying customer. I requested to be notified of the extent of the internal damage once the plastic bumper was removed so I could decide if I wanted to replace the metal bumper support (why pay for labor and parts that were still sound?)
