Around 3:30 today the receptionist screamed BITCH at me and hung up on me. Originally, I called 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment because they left the trap off of the washer plumbing. Which, if you don't know allows a sewer smell to permeate through the house. The receptionist set an appointment for Nov. 18th at 9 am.
