Took 3 months to get into this place. Accidentally went into the wrong office on the lower level. No one informed me I was at the wrong office location until about 20 minutes later. So I went upstairs and was told I missed the appointment and the Dr couldn't see due to his "backed up schedule" and wouldn't be available for several more months. Places that operate like this fundamentally don't care about people. Will literally never schedule with this Dr again under any circumstance and I recommend you go elsewhere.
I had one appointment so far (first appointment, going to keep seeing him,) and he was incredibly thorough with all my questions and needs. Was very impressed and grateful to not have left feeling even slightly dismissed.
My boyfriend had an appointment with this office for 3 months. Now we go to the appointment today and they tell us that the appointment was canceled and they tried to call and leave a message saying the doctor wasn't in today. This is so frustrating. My boyfriend waited 3 months because he's having bad stomach issues and they do this. Nobody even called. New updates... And if you call them. They never answer their phone or call beck
I have been a 5yr patient of Dr Taha & I just recently had an abnormal lab test. I've left 3 messages in 2 days & still no return call. I have an infection with pain that needs treatment. I'm hoping I don't have to wait another day.
