My interior floors walk like a roller coaster, the ceiling is warped, the kitchen island bar is leaning and loose, my doors are jamming and I go outside to see that the bricks at the exterior window is split. That is to name a few things. I have only been in this home for 2 years. AND they want to charge me in excess of $8000 for them to fix the floors! To add insult to injury, I was told to go to the insurance company for repairs. It is time for a law suit Anybody interested in a class action?
Builder unresponsive after the sale. superintendent declines to assist in warranty work and home is less than a year old.
Recommended8 months in and love the house!!! On top of that, Ken/Superintendent has not let down one bit for anything we have needed to include Cindy in the admin office!! He immediately has sent a trim guy, and other needs, and Cindy went out of her way to get fence people involved when needed even though outside their responsibility. This all happened AFTER the sale which is what impresses me!! I sure hope you guys are around when in 6 years little one graduates and we want to build somewhere again and keep this one too!! The worst experience ever building and purchasing a home through them. Bought our house in Spring 2019, since moving in the roof has had issues to where our insurance company is canceling our plan and they won’t come out to fix it. The sprinkler system has been LEAKING with over 23,000 gallons of water being used and they haven’t fixed the problem under warranty and left with a utility bill of over $300. The SOD is TERRIBLE and unsafe for children to play in the backyard. Save your money and invest in a better builder / home... read more
