Rip Off! Our furnace quit working so we called Robben. It took a few days as they were booked but they did send a rep out. He did nothing but tell us our unit was too old to get parts so we'd need to replace it. He said there'd be no charge for his visit & he'd have Ron come out to give us a bid. He left Ron's number.
