They suck. They will keep your entire deposit and ask for even more. Save your time and money, trust me ! Jill and that old guy are the most unprofessional landlords I ever experienced. You can tell most of the “excellent reviews” on here are fake lol. I warned you!
I rented from them a few years ago and they were very responsive and quick to any issues regarding our rental! Surprised to see negative reviews on here because they were friendly and very understanding.
My parents managed their own rental property for years, then had another property manager for years. Those years were a nightmare. The rentals and the current disasters and expenses consumed our family holiday conversations. They switched to Robb about 20 years ago and it’s been wonderful since then. What a nightmare. Tried to charge me for things tenants aren't responsible for. Constantly wanted to inspect and check things. Raised rent several times. Charges first, last, and deposit to move in. Ridiculous and terrible communication.
