We have used Robb a Cart on multiple occasions while at horse shows in Paso Robles. He has been nothing but helpful and kind to work with each and every time. We had a question about a cart one time and he was quick to come by and help us out. Highly recommend.
The owner in his truck with company name clearly written down the side of it, pulling a golf cart on a flatbed trailer tried to drive over the top of me in my car. Anyone pulling a trailer and trying to pass a car in front of it as the two lanes merge is a pure jackass. Even on a bad day , his gross negligence behind the wheel is inexcusable. He should be embarrassed by his actions. After seeing his other reviews, it looks like you should do business elsewhere. Good Luck.
I work for a very popular central coast resort. We have a fleet of about 12 golf carts. I had one that was not working so I called rob in an attempt to schedule an appointment to have it looked at. I wanted an appointment so I could drop it off maybe the day before he would get to it. I DID NOT want it sitting outside long. when I called. he was very rude and just said "well bring it in and we will take a look at it." If I could give a negative star review I would. We brought our cart in and it promptly sat in his back lot without a glance or call saying what the problem was for at least 2 months. We made multiple calls leaving messages which were NEVER returned. When finally they did pickup the phone when WE had called Robb had no recall as to even which cart we were talking about.
