Paid $87 and left in the same pain I came in with....
My husband went there for DOT physical and drug screen the Dr didn't perform complete physical and the lady in charge of drug screen did not send the urine off to be tested as required, resulting in him having to go somewhere else to get the drug screen all over again delaying him starting his new job. He was very concerned when he came out to the car, stating that she took off with his urine and didn't let him initial it or even sign the paperwork. Very unprofessional!!
