I just couldn't believe the honest and expert advise given to me on the phone when I called regarding my dryer, and its not turning on. I told the owner I would give him a hug if he were here! I saved the entire home service repair visit just by following his correct "over the phone" advice. That is true business honesty!! I'll be sure to call with any appliance repair at our home that requires service. I highly recommend Robare's. Our fridge went out. I called the office, we received a call back with a time frame. Steve showed up, very friendly and courteous. He had the part on the truck and had us fized up in 20 minutes. I will definitely use Robare's for any future appliance repair I may have.

Steve and Jack just left and I feel much better for two reasons. They fixed the refrigerator in record time (and taught me a little about motors, setting temperatures, and the declining quality of refrigerators) and then fixed a stuck garbage disposal, again in record time, and again teaching me how to fix it in the future. If I ever need a appliance fixed again I wiill definetly call Robare's again. They actually have a real live person answer their phones,no recording. I called to get my dryer fixed, they came within the hour and had it fixed in about 15 minutes.Great service and great people!

I would highly recommend Robare's. Last year, the day after Thanksgiving my refrigerator stopped working I called 4 different places and no one could come look at it or they never called me back except for Robare¿s. They were able to have someone come look at it the next day. The serviceman that came out was excellent and it was fixed right away. Well the same refrigerator stopped working again this weekend. They were prompt in answering my call about a faulty stove, honest in their attempt at diagnosis, and did their best to keep the cost down. Within 2 days the part was in and they were done. I highly recommend these guys and will definitly use them in the future.

I called at 8:30am, had a call back with an appointment by 9:00am, a visit by 1:30pm and repaired by 1:50pm. When explained the problem it was diagnosed in a matter of seconds of which they brought the probable part. The gentlemen were professional and courteous.
