A big thank you to Juliana and Bonnie for their excellent service. They were warm, knowledgeable, and gave very professional recommendations without being pushy at all. My fiancé and I enjoyed the whole experience of selecting our wedding bands with them. Highly recommended Robann's Jewelers.
We visited here in november 2021 and we bought a wedding ring here and had it set somewhere else. The ladies who assisted us were great. The ring is beautiful. However- we were told that the certificate for the ring would be mailed to us and we never did receive it. We did reach out a month later and then again months later with no resolution. It's been 2 years now and it still bothers me.
Absolute great experience, and great customer service.
Always the most beautiful pieces and the most friendliest faces. I wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry.
