I liked the person from the initial consultation a lot. Rob was great! The problem was, I didn’t know who the associate would be who’d handle the majority of the case until after paying the 5K retainer. The associate I had was overworked and under qualified. The following is an honest and accurate review of my recent experience with this firm. To start, I paid $250 for a consultation that felt more like a sales pitch than actual legal advice. Before I could fully explain the facts of my case, the attorney was already ready to take it, provided I paid another $5,000 retainer for four months of representation. Met with an attorney and was explained my rights and the law here in Texas. Everything he was explained clearly and I received the feedback quickly.
While on the phone talking about the consultation she let me know it’s 250$ which took me aback and before I could answer fully I was hung up on. Choose a different legal aid.
