Had a car involved in a fender bender. Spoke with Randy and he clearly spelled out all the steps between Rob Sight and the insurance company as well as how long he thought it would all take. Very nice guy, EASY to work with and he was pretty much on the money with how the process would work. The car ended up being totaled, so no actual work done for us. But we were blown away by the customer service. Randy was fantastic to work with and made a stressful situation very easy for us to manage. THANK YOU!
