Truck rattling when hitting bumps
I was so glad I chose Rob Sight Collission for my repairs. From the beginning, they told me how extensive the repairs would be and that it would take a long time. It was lengthy, but so worth the wait. It looks better than new and perfection is so rare. I would highly recommend them and so appreciative of the Google reviews that led me there.
I highly recommend Rob Site Collision Center....the team is thorough, honest, customer focused and ensures high quality!! The Manager (Randy) follows through and ensures customer satisfaction!!
Overpriced and way under promised. I will say he was thorough in explaining the processes and seemed like he wanted to nickel and dime me. I don't think my business was wanted....guy seemed to be more concerned about charging me for work he can't "guarantee"..well I'll take my business elsewhere. I appreciate the straight shooter mentality, but I didn't feel confident in what he was explaining to me about things. Also, it doesn't take over a week to do the work I needed...I don't simply believe that. I'm good.
Randy and his team were amazing! We received excellent service after our vehicle was in a hailstorm. We can't think the Rob Site collision team enough for the work that they did. It's nice to know that people still have integrity in the business and put the customer first. Well done! Rob Site Ford, you have a terrific team. You should be proud!
