Rob was really helpful. Rob listened to my problem having with propane fireplace-stove. He educated what he thought might be having. Discussed options. Service call was professional. Rob made extra trip to our house to confirm that stove was working at best efficiency, since up dates completed.

Quick response and honest.. I have a gas hot water tank that stopped working and called around to a few businesses, most were busy and couldn't get anyone over for a few days, and things were sounding a bit gloomy as the tank is 10 years old . The first business that showed up spent almost 30 minutes checking it out, then told me that he figured out what the problem was but company policy is to not work on a gas tank that's 10 years old.
