My husband is a UPS driver and works lots of hours. I also work for UPS during "peak" season. Thanksgiving though Christmas Eve. Very busy and long hours. So while we were working on a 6 day Saturday punch our daughter calls and says our water heater is out. My husband spends all day Sunday trying to get it to work. A company said they could come same day mind you it's Sunday. Then they say they can't come until Monday.
