We had 2 good plumbing experiences with RR and one recent poor furnace experience. I hired RR to perform an annual maintenance on my oil burner which they performed on 12/30/24. The service was fine even if a little overpriced. The furnace stopped working on Saturday 2/1/25 (5 weeks later). I was charged $960 for an emergency call mid-day Saturday to, as it turns out, replace a $72 igniter that Cara purchased at Home Depot. $490 to show up & $470 to replace the igniter on the front (super easy access).
