This experience with Rob Roy has been a bit of a turmoil. With the awful past winter last year, and the beginning of this year was off to a slow start. We had several rescheduled dates to install an air conditioner. Other mishaps were encountered, with a great deal of disappointment on my behalf. We have had a few interactions with Rob Roy Mechanical and have been pleased at each step. After purchasing a home without inspection, we asked RR to come out to complete a check. They pointed out some minor concerns which they have resolved, but even better was helping us understand the systems of our home that we were not familiar with. We also requested they install an automatic water shutoff off device which brings us peace of mind. Very happy with Rob, Cara, Karen - the whole team!!!
