I am kind of surprised by this as Laura cut my hair for the first time and it is thin and unruly naturally curly and the cut was fantastic. Did a great job on mine as a first time customer and now a regular. Perhaps she thought you wanted punky and misunderstood.

I went here and got my hair done by Laura and told her exactly what I wanted which was highlight just a couple and she put chunks and chunks all over my head and some were all different colors, very upsetting, she cut my hair way to short too, I will be finding a different place from now on

This place is always so dirty. I got a haircut there once and a simple trim was beyond uneven and was way shorter than I asked for. Also, all the employees looked and acted miserable. They all had such bad attitudes. I won't be returning

Often, I find that going to a place that accepts mostly walk-ins may turn out to be a disaster. Not so, with Rob Roy in Gardner. I walked in needing a haircut so badly, I was willing to risk ending up with a not-so-perfect cut. I was seated immediately, and had a prime view of the action going on in the salon. The atmosphere was fun and casual, and the hairdressers were talkative, but not abnoxious. I have been going to this salon for 20 years and I would never change! I am not the type of person that likes to make a hair appt. a month in advance. When I decide I want a change, I want it right away. I have never had a hard time getting an appt. for the same day. Never been disappointed when I leave.
