I called to schedule an appointment to have an outdoor spigot replaced. I explained I’m a renter and that my landlord, who regularly uses this company and has an active account, had already received an invoice and mailed a check for the work. The receptionist refused to schedule the appointment without direct authorization from the landlord, which I understand, but when I offered to provide my landlord’s number so they could call and confirm, she told me “that’s not my job” and spoke in a very dismissive tone.
