I got to know Rob and his team through a friend recommendation and I couldnt be happier with their service, attention and knowledge. Rob was extremely responsive to my emails and phone calls and he really cared about what was best for us. We got a really competitive rate with a quick and personalized service. Shaun Slight and all of the staff at Rob Mercer's office are terrific to work with. Shaun in particular helped me greatly. He was very responsive, responding to my quesions via email or phone call almost instantly every time. He even came outside his office to the curb to collect some documents from me when i was passing by and in a hurry so I didn't have to park and come up the building to his office. Now that's great service if I ever saw it.
