Totally disappointed with this service. Canceled within 48 hours of departure and still hit with a 50% cancellation fee—apparently, flexibility is not part of the business model. Yes, it’s disclosed in the contract, but reality tends to change when bookings are made far in advance. I was also told it’s “too difficult to get drivers,” which somehow becomes my financial problem. Convenient.Would not recommend this service

Just got back from Florida. Service was prompt, easy and reliable. Price was very good compared to other services in the area. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I wholeheartedly recommend Rob Livery Service. The car was super clean, stocked with hand sanitizer and water bottles, and very comfortable. Rob was very pleasant and we could tell he is an extremely hard working individual. He also went above and beyond to pick our family up from the airport. We had a different car service bring us to the airport. Our flight home was delayed so we ended up on a different connecting flight. Our original car service was unable to get us at the new time so we messaged and called multiple car s... read more

I wholeheartedly recommend Rob Livery Service. The car was super clean, stocked with hand sanitizer and water bottles, and very comfortable. Rob was very pleasant and we could tell he is an extremely hard working individual. He also went above and beyond to pick our family up from the airport.
