Waited a whole year all for them to tell me there’s no settlement cause what I provided wasn’t enough proof but yet every month I’ll get called with “ good news “ . Waited until settlement meeting when there was really none. They gave up & didn’t bother to fight my case.

Bounced around between 4 people who do not speak English well for 20 minutes. I kept saying I would like to speak with an attorney and they kept saying NO.
