This was a terrible experience. The person who I had contact with shamed me for not immediately answering his calls even though I asked him repeatedly to tell me what he needed clarified in a voice mail or email. That's another thing. He would ask repeatedly to clarify details I had already provided, in both written and verbal format. Initially, Jamal is doing an exemplary job
Rob Levine & Associates completed and submitted my paperwork for VA claims, getting me a 70% Disability rating. I had other conditions that needed to be addressed and I felt I could do that all on my own. foolishly I dismissed them from representing me and wish they would call me back to finish helping me.
