This was my first home buying experience and I am shocked at how smoothly it went. I attribute most of that to Rob Hudkins and his team. Rob went the extra mile for me especially dealing with a listing agent who was not working with us! Rob was honest with me when I asked for advice and assisted in pushing the lender and title company to make sure tasks were completed on time!
