Our experience with Bandana, the sales professional, was fantastic! She was very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and felt no pressure to buy until I was ready.
We went to Rob Green to buy a vehicle. Due to my own bad choices in life, I was unable to buy one that day. I came here to say how wonderful the staff was to us. They went above and beyond to make it work for us. Once I get things straightened out we will go back and try again. They weren't pushy either. I highly recommend them if you're looking to buy a vehicle.
Nothing but great things! I live in Pocatello and was looking at a Nissan kick my dealer had and had a great deal on it but Rob Green Nissan had the car I wanted and Bandana Rai did everything in her power to get me a great deal and even drove the car to Pocatello to my home. They made the entire process fast and easy! Communicated the entire process. Highly recommend!
I've been to this dealership a couple of times now and this is the first time I've bought something. They've always been super chill and helpful, letting me test drive the cars I was interested in and not acting upset when it didn't work out. Our sales rep was Jonathan, and he did a great job. The only critical thing I can say is that buying a car here was a multi-hour process even after we decided on the one we wanted.
