I had an oil change and tire rotation. The lug nuts were not properly tightened upon reinstallation. While traveling on the interstate both passenger wheels nearly fell off of the vehicle. Studs were broken and all but 2 lug nuts were missing on the front wheel and all but one lug nut was missing on the rear wheel. It was a frightening experience and could have been fatal.
