Went through the process of getting approved and drawing up the paperwork to purchase a car that was supposed to be delivered to the dealership Thursday for me to pickup Friday. They called me today and said the car was "damaged in transit" and the only way for me to get the color I was promised would be to sign and scan the paperwork and purchase the car sight unseen. Everyone I worked with were easy to work with and explained things well. They helped me with getting a good deal on a used car. The experience overall was great customer service.
Though they couldn't actually fix the problem we had with our F-150, they did find what was happening and 'reset' the issue. Got us back on the road!

Over all our experience was great buying a car here. Zach was friendly and experienced. There wasn't 3 hours of back and forth with management like other dealerships. It went smooth and quick. Will definitely buy here again.
