The staff a service provided by the local agency are prompt and exceptional. State Farm, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired. Their process for finally getting a fair value (reached through arbitration) is arduous and their digital payment processing technology is problematic to say the least. I was in an accident on Friday. We have called the office 3 times and the receptionist is totally unhelpful, stand-offish and basically doesn't let us talk to our actual agent. She told us to just file a claim with the persons that caused the accident. Awful customer service!
