Rob and I originally met in Cincinnati after he did an amazing job with my dad’s home loan, then in later years it was my turn. Rob has helped me for years with advice on what I needed to do and have done to qualify for a home. I then moved to Missouri and when it was time to buy a home I knew the guy I wanted to use. Rob is the type of person who knows when to pick up the phone and make a call and knows when it's ok to send an email instead. He made sure I was comfortable when going through the process of getting my mortgage. He listened to me, asked questions to ensure he understood my needs, and provided his expert opinion. He helped me explore some ideas and pick the best path forward for my specific situation. I've used Rob several times and would recommend him to friends/family as well.
