First by saying is not a good business practice. I came across at Zillow that a property that I like to rent . So I requested a tour and filled out an application on the spot which is Zillow and paid the application fees . Finally I got an answer back from the owner name Debbie and state that someone name Atresia Morgan will be the one who will get back to me . Very excited…Next morning received a text from Atresia states that if I want the property you have to be 700 plus score gross income 3x of the rent . And being asked ... read more
