Rob Bell is the best plumber in the Valley! As a property manager, we have used his services hundreds of times without incident, and he has been my go-to plumber for 30+ years. His nickname in my office is One-Call Rob because he is so knowledgeable that we only make the one call to Rob and he takes care of everything else. If I could give this guy, Rob, zero stars, or even a negative star, I would. He recently did some plumbing work for my mother-in-law, who had just lost her husband (and they had used Rob in the past, so there was an existing "relationship"). Without getting into all of the minutiae, Rob charged for two hours when he was only there for an hour and 15 minutes (at $150/hour). I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked!
